Stupid app! I want to look at your clothes, not your naked models getting feisty with each other. Disgusting and pointless. Deleted both the a&f and hollister one.

The screen format si made for an iPhone and not for an iPad. Also, there are not a lot of products shown in this app. You better stick to their website !

Add Passbook,promotion push notifications to this and the Hollister app as well as being able to view all items not just the new arrivals section.

Maybe iPad would be a better fit for this app. Its really hard to use on the iPhone, its just like going to website so you constantly have to zoom to read it and you cant see the pictures very clear. You dont really know what your buying.

This app is brutal. They should have a quick look at the American Eagle app, its easy to use and works like a charm. This app is not practical for making orders from your phone.

I really like the new displays you guys created for the A&F and Hollister apps, although I sometimes see bugs and experience non-responsive moments. But when does Gilly Hicks get an app?? :)

Putting in the right credentials and it wont let me unlock the playlist... Use the same credentials to log into my account online and it works...

Convenience of shopping on phone and easy way for checking details are valuable to download if you like this brand.

Although it is convenient to have a mobile app, the implementation is really bad. Back and forth navigation does not work or is flawed & horrible. When checking out, AF gift card redemption did not work however it worked perfectly on the website.

But every time I try and back out or sign up or do anything, the app will freeze or take like ten seconds to load

The app is not working right now. Wont open. Very bad for Christmas shopping.

Not sure if its Apples update causing issues or the app is bugging out. Cant login and navigation titles are messing up. Otherwise I still like this app.

Any products that may contain rainforest destruction are not even worthy of one star! Abercrombie & Fitch has almost 300 items that use fabrics made from trees, which may be coming from endangered rainforests in Indonesia. It’s time A&F addresses this scandal hidden in its clothing!

Why dont you do the basics and eliminate all risks of human rights abuses and forest destruction from your supply chain?

This app needs some serious fixing. It was better before when I was able to save what I wanted, add stuff to bag... now Im unable to purchase stuff on my phone!!!
